Marais Row Shipping Policy

At Marais Row, we are committed to delivering your order with care and providing a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- During new collection launches, promotions, and holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (when available)
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Marais Row partners with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable delivery.
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Marais Row is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
Marais Row is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions
- Delivery delays due to customs or other circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, our Customer Care team is happy to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
