At Marais Row, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges on eligible U.S. orders to make the process simple and seamless.

 

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached

Marais Row reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

Complimentary Returns

Marais Row offers free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at contactus@maraisrow.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label to you via email along with return instructions.

Securely package your merchandise and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the package off with the designated carrier.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Complimentary Exchanges

We are happy to offer free exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, email contactus@maraisrow.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the replacement size or item requested.

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for completing your exchange.

Exchange merchandise must meet the same eligibility requirements as returned merchandise.

Because inventory can change quickly, we cannot guarantee that a requested replacement item will remain available. If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once your return has been received and approved.

 

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale on the product page or at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain merchandise may also be designated Final Sale where clearly disclosed before purchase.

Using a promotional discount code on an otherwise return-eligible, full-price item does not make the item Final Sale unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, Marais Row will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

There are no return shipping charges or restocking fees for eligible U.S. returns made using the prepaid return label provided by Marais Row.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@maraisrow.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the merchandise and packaging when applicable.

Our Customer Care team will review the issue and provide instructions for resolving it at no additional cost to you.

 

Late Returns

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items submitted outside the 30-day return window may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

Return Shipping

Complimentary prepaid return shipping labels are available for eligible returns and exchanges within the United States.

Marais Row is not responsible for merchandise returned using a shipping method or label other than the prepaid label provided by our Customer Care team.

We recommend retaining your return tracking information until your return or exchange has been completed.
