Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
Any items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted merchandise
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
Final sale items are marked accordingly at the time of purchase.

How To Start A Return
To initiate a return, please email:

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Marais Row is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
