Eligibility For Refunds
We accept eligible returns for refund within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
- Sale or discounted merchandise
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Gift cards
Final sale items will be marked accordingly at checkout.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refused Returns
Marais Row reserves the right to refuse returns that:
