At Marais Row, we want you to love every purchase. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Unaltered
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Marais Row reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet these requirements.

 

Complimentary Return Shipping

Marais Row provides free return shipping for eligible U.S. returns.

To request a return, contact our Customer Care team at contactus@maraisrow.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return is approved, Marais Row will send a prepaid return shipping label via email, along with instructions for returning your merchandise.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

There are no return shipping charges or restocking fees for eligible U.S. returns made using the prepaid return label provided by Marais Row.

 

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale on the product page or at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Certain merchandise may be designated Final Sale for hygiene or safety reasons where this restriction is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Using a promotional discount code on an otherwise return-eligible, full-price item does not make the item Final Sale unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

 

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, Marais Row will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Your bank, credit card provider, or other financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges paid on the original order, if applicable, are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may also be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Marais Row provides complimentary return shipping for eligible U.S. exchanges. Contact contactus@maraisrow.com to request an exchange. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label and instructions will be sent to you via email.

If the requested replacement merchandise is unavailable, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contactus@maraisrow.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the merchandise and packaging when applicable.

Our Customer Care team will provide instructions for resolving the issue at no additional cost to you.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund does not appear after the stated processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as posting times can vary.
